30-year industry veteran Charles Crew brings experience in finance, M&A and compliance to seasoned leadership team.

Crew, a senior executive with more than 30 years of management experience with successful, technology-based companies, has joined the firm as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Crew’s background includes experience in a broad variety of management and operating roles with both publicly- and privately-held companies, including managing divisions for Fortune 100 companies. Most recently he served as executive vice president and CFO with IPIX (NASDAQ: IPIXQ), where he engineered $20 million in financing, developed accounting and reporting systems to achieve compliance with key regulations, and negotiated prime contractor terms with a large federal agency.

Previously, with Cigital, Group 1 Software (acquired by Pitney-Bowes, NYSE: PBI), and Penta Systems International, Crew held executive VP-level positions in which he conducted strategic planning, established financial controls, arranged financing and managed international functions. Additionally, as a Financial Officer and Director of several publicly traded companies, his background includes SEC, Wall Street, banking, corporate governance, and communications experience.
