ServerVault provides a comprehensive high-performance network solution for the client’s application environment. ServerVault maintains multiple service providers, diverse carrier entrances, and dual network paths within the facility to provide maximum availability without any single points of failure. Client environments receive Internet connectivity that has been secured using industry-leading practices.

ServerVault also:
• Provides secure active firewall management;
• Performs continuous network intrusion detection;
• Practices mitigation techniques against distributed denial-of-service attacks; and
• Provides vulnerability scanning services.

No horizontal access between customer systems: ServerVault’s environment is designed so that there is no path between any two customer systems, thereby insulating each client against any possible event unrelated to its own system.

Client environments also gain access to ServerVault’s SSL-based customer VPN that allows for secure remote administration via restricted access domains and two-factor authentications. Clients with continuous VPN requirements can be provided with a managed hardware VPN back to their location.

All of the above network features and components are offered as part of our baseline solution - at no additional cost to our customers.

If required by the client’s environment, ServerVault can use dedicated network hardware to provide true segmentation and accommodation of large scale application environments.
